This was a college project originally. However, as time went by I developed a genuine interest for the idea. Maker rate is a platform where citizens can rate their policy makers. However, it wasn't like that previously. I've actually removed a lot of the previous code.
Policy makers have roles that they are required to perform. So the simple idea was, to let citizens rate those roles and the average score of each of those roles will be the policy makers final rating.
I scrapped that and went for a simpler approach. The problem is harder than it may seem so I'm still trying to figure out how to improve it. I have another idea that I want to make an app where residents of an area can rate it based off of various metrics. Maybe at some point I'll be able to combine both platforms.
