There are a significant number of people want access to spaces to do stuff but have a hard time finding the locations and booking them. Additionally, the owners of these spaces luck sufficient tools to manage their operations effectively. For those reasons my friends and I are working on a project to solve these issues.
Think of any venue you can. Swimming pools, Turf pitches, boardrooms. meeting halls, Padel courts, recording studios and so on. How it works is the owners of these spaces onboard on the platform and make their spaces accessible. Users seeking for these spaces can reserve the spaces at specific dates and times.
